青海基层藏医药发展现状与对策——黄南州藏医药现状调研报告

Research on the Present Situation and Development Strategy of Tibetan Medicine Industry,Taking Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province as an Example

黄南藏族自治州位于青海省东南部,新中国成立后,该区域藏医药事业对青海省藏医药发展发挥了较大的推动作用。近年来,随着《中医药发展战略规划纲要》(2016-2030)和《中医药法》的出台,黄南藏族自治州等青海基层涉藏地区对藏医药事业的发展愈加重视,且成效显著。掌握该区域藏医药的发展现状,发现存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,为决策者提供参考。基于实地调研数据和访谈结果,发现黄南地区藏医药发展取得了较好的成效,但同时存在着高层次人才匮乏、科研能力相对薄弱、产业化程度不高等问题,试图对上述问题提出相应对策和解决思路。

Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is located in the southeast of Qinghai Province.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the development of Tibetan medicine in this region has exerted a great influence around Qinghai province.In recent years,The Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and other ethnic minority areas in Qinghai province have attached more importance to the development of Tibetan medicine.Grasping the development status of Tibetan medicine in this region,discovering existing problems and proposing corresponding countermeasures can provide reference for decision-makers.Based on the field survey data and interview results,this paper found that the development of Tibetan medicine in Huangnan region has some problems,such as lack of high-level talents,weak scientific research ability and low level of industrialization,and try to put forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions to these problems.
