藏医论治新型冠状病毒肺炎探析

Analysis of COVID-19 by Tibetan Medicine

目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的藏医命名、分型、病因、病机、治疗药物的用药规律及特征,为藏医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎临床用药及成药研发提供参考。方法:收集和整理藏医古籍文献中“疫病”相关内容及整理新发布的新型冠状病毒肺炎的藏医诊疗方案,对藏医古籍文献内容进行剖析,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0和IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0软件分别对诊疗方案中的药物频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析,多角度探析新型冠状病毒肺炎的藏医命名、分型、病因、病机、治疗药物的用药规律及特征。结果:文献内容剖析新型冠状病毒肺炎与藏医“疫病”侵入肺部的“肺疫查间”相似。按疾病进展情况分为初期成熟疫、中期正盛疫、末期虚疫三型。病因相同“疫病”,病机位于肺部。治疗药物进行数据挖掘后得到44种方药含144味药材,高频单味药为诃子、藏红花、天竺黄、木香、檀香等22味,关联规则中天竺黄-檀香等两味药对8组,藏红花-檀香、天竺黄,檀香-天竺黄、藏红花等三味药对5组;聚类分析得到6个不同的药物组合。结论:通过藏医古籍文献内容剖析及数据挖掘,为藏医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎提供借鉴和新思路,也为更好地指导藏医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎提供数据支撑。

Objective:To explore the nomenclature,classification,etiology,pathogenesis and medication rules and characteristics of COVID-19 in Tibetan medicine,so as to provide reference for the clinical use of COVID-19 and the research and development of proprietary medicine in Tibetan medicine.Methods:Collect and sort out the related contents of“epidemic disease”in Tibetan medicine ancient books and sort out COVID-19's newly published Tibetan medicine diagnosis and treatment plan,analyze the contents of Tibetan medicine ancient books,and use SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 software to analyze the drug frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis in the diagnosis and treatment plan respectively.This paper makes a multi-angle analysis of COVID-19's Tibetan medicine naming,classification,etiology,pathogenesis,medication rules and characteristics of therapeutic drugs.Results:According to the content of the literature,COVID-19 is similar to the“lung epidemic examination”in which the“epidemic disease”invades the lungs.According to the progress of the disease,it can be divided into three types:the early mature epidemic,the middle severe epidemic and the final virtual epidemic.The etiology is the same“epidemic disease”,and the pathogenesis is located in the lungs.After data mining,44 kinds of drugs were found to contain 144 kinds of medicinal materials,and 22 kinds of high-frequency single drugs were chebula,saffron,geranium,wood incense,sandalwood and sandalwood in association rules.saffron-sandalwood,sandalwood yellow,sandalwood-geranium yellow,saffron and other three drug pairs 5 groups;cluster analysis obtained 6 different drug combinations.Conclusion:Through the content analysis and data mining of Tibetan medicine ancient books,we can provide reference and new ideas for the treatment of COVID-19 by Tibetan medicine,and provide data support to guide the treatment of COVID-19 by Tibetan medicine.
