基于“玄府理论”中药熏蒸治疗脂溢性脱发临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Fumigation Treatment of Seborrheic Alopecia with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on“Xuanfu Theory”

目的:了解中药熏蒸治疗联合口服中药七宝美髯丹对脂溢性脱发(肝肾不足型)的疗效及安全性。方法:72例脂溢性脱发(肝肾不足型)患者分为试验组(36例)和对照组(36例)。2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗时间3个疗程,12周。每组治疗0周、4周、8周、12周,进行皮肤镜检测、评估。结果:从第2个疗程开始,试验组在改善头皮炎症方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。第3个疗程结束后,试验组在减少头皮鳞屑,减轻脱发,改善油腻方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗前后所有观测指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后在固定面积毛发数量、减轻头皮鳞屑方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组总有效率为85.29%,对照组总有效率为75.76%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:该治疗方法拓展了脂溢性脱发的中医外治疗法,且安全有效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Qibao Meiran Dan in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia(liver and kidney insufficiency).Methods:72 cases of seborrheic alopecia(liver and kidney insufficiency pattern)were divided into two groups:test group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).4 weeks as one course of treatment,totally 12 weeks for 3 courses.Dermoscopic examination and evaluation were performed at 0,4,8 and 12 weeks in each group.Results:From the second course of treatment,the test group was superior to the control group in improving scalp inflammation(P<0.05).After the third course of treatment,the test group was superior to the control group in reducing scalp scale,hair loss and greasiness(P<0.05).All the observed indexes before and after treatment in experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hair number of fixed area and scaling reduction of scalp in control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 85.29% in the test group and 75.76% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment method expands the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method of seborrheic alopecia,and is safe and effective.
