探析女性热入血室证临证思路

Analysis of Clinical Approaches to Female Syndrome of Heat Invading Blood Chamber

女性热入血室证首见于《伤寒论》,历代医家讨论颇多,注解甚杂。此证为妇科常见病证,然原文中一方一穴一法,难以直接应用于临床实践。通过梳理前人诸说,总结出和解、清热、调肝三种基本治疗大法,并分析名家医案,归纳临证思路,以期指导临床。

Female Syndrome of Heat Invading Blood Chamber first appeared in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Since then,the never-ending discussion of this syndrome have generated many points of view.As it being one of the common syndromes in Gynecology department,the original approaches to this syndrome given by the text,which were one remedy,one acupoint and one therapy,are not likely to be applied to patients directly.This article aims to organize different opinions of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of female Syndrome of Heat Invading Blood Chamber.Naturally,three clinical approaches to the syndrome are concluded in the article,which are reconciling,clearing heat and dispersing stagnated liver Qi.Furthermore,analysis of medical records of modern and contemporary masters leads to the summary of clinical practice idea of the syndrome.
