中西医结合治疗肩关节镜术后疼痛研究进展

Research Progress of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pain after Shoulder Arthroscopy

冻结肩是临床常见导致患者疼痛,影响患者生活质量的疾病,随着运动医学的不断发展,肩关节镜手术越来越多运用于冻结肩诊疗,但肩关节镜术后疼痛问题尚未得到很好的解决。针对肩关节镜术后镇痛的中西医结合疗法研究进展,综述西医治疗结合中医特色疗法(针灸、推拿、中药治疗)在镇痛中的作用机制,以及相关临床疗效分析,为临床应用提供参考。

Frozen shoulder is a common clinical disease that causes pain and affects the quality of life of patients.With the continuous development of sports medicine,shoulder arthroscopic surgery is more and more used in the diagnosis and treatment of frozen shoulder,but the problem of pain after shoulder arthroscopy has not been well solved.Aims at the research progress of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for postoperative analgesia after shoulder arthroscopy,it summarizes the mechanism of western medicine combined with characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(acupuncture,tui na therapy,TCM)in analgesia and the analysis of related clinical efficacy,in order to provide reference for clinical application.
