新时代中国特色人权学科方向建设:时代要求、基本原则与路径选择

On the Construction of Human Rights Discipline Direction with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era:Requirements of the Times,Principles and Approaches

走中国人权发展道路、创造人权文明的中国形态,离不开中国特色人权学科建设。作为人权学科建设的总抓手,人权学科方向建设既是人权学科高质量建设的重要依托,又是人权学科建设的品牌和特色,也是推动人权教育改革发展的内涵构成。推进人权学科方向建设必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想尤其是习近平总书记关于尊重和保障人权的新理念新思想新战略为根本指导,以问题为导向、以服务国家重大战略需要为导向,挖掘地缘优势和现有其他学科优势,塑造人权学科方向的特色和品牌。在新文科建设的视域下,推进人权学科方向建设必须塑造一种整合性思维,推动人权学与多学科之间深度融通。在遵循以上原则和进路的基础上,西北政法大学在人权学科方向建设方面进行了卓有成效的探索,其经验对以学科方向建设为重要依托和总抓手的人权学科建设具有一定的启示性意义。

For adhering to China’s path of human rights development and creating a Chinese form of human rights civilization,the construction of human rights discipline with Chinese characteristics is indispensable.As an important approach of the construction of human rights discipline,the construction of the direction of human rights discipline is not only an important support for the high-quality construction of human rights discipline,but also the brand and characteristics of the construction of human rights discipline,and at the same time,it is the part of the reform and development of human rights education.In order to promote the construction of human rights discipline direction,we should take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,especially President Xi Jinping’s new ideas,concepts and strategies of respecting and safeguarding human rights as the fundamental guidance,serving the major strategic needs of the country and shaping the characteristics and brand of the discipline direction.From the perspective of the construction of new liberal arts,it is necessary to construct an integrated consciousness to promote the deep integration between human rights and multi-disciplines.On the basis of the above principles and approaches,Northwest University of Political Science and Law has carried out fruitful explorations in the construction of the human rights discipline direction,and its experience has certain revelatory signifi cance for the construction of the human rights discipline with the construction of the discipline direction as the core connotation and important approach.
