进入新时代,加强大学生劳动价值观教育是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的实践要求,是促进人自由全面发展以及为建设社会主义现代化强国提供人才支撑的有效路径。从社会、高校和个人三个层面,分析大学生劳动价值观教育的现实困境;结合时代特征,把握育人导向,从强化观念、完善机制、突出实践、综合评价等方面探索创新培育机制,为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供人才支撑做出贡献。

Entering the new era,strengthening the education of labor values among college and university students is a practical requirement of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping in the new era.It is an effective path to promote the free and comprehensive development of people and provide talent support for building a socialist modernized country.The paper analyzes the practical difficulties of labor value education for college and university students from three levels of society,universities and individuals.Combining the characteristics of the times and grasping the guidance of education,it explores innovative cultivation mechanisms from four aspects of strengthening concepts,improving mechanisms,highlighting practice,and comprehensive evaluation,to make due contributions to providing talent support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
