基于迈克尔逊干涉法测量透明溶液的浓度

摘要 迈克尔逊干涉仪是利用分振幅法产生双光束干涉的仪器,基于迈克尔逊干涉法建立低相干光透明溶液浓度检测系统,通过调节比色皿的角度以改变待检溶液的光程差,计算出比色皿内透明溶液的折射率,根据溶液浓度与折射率的特性关系,反算出待检透明溶液的浓度。实验结果表明:在波长为632.8nm的He-Ne激光器的照射下,精密电动旋转平移台的差分精度为1'时,利用该方法对折射率的测量精度可以达到10^(-4)量级。同时利用该系统检测透明液体浓度时,操作简单快捷,是一种有效测量各种透明液体折射率和浓度的方法。 The Michelson interferometer is an instrument to generate double-beam interference by using fractional amplitude.Based on the Michelson interferometer,a low-coherence light transparent solution concentration detection system is established.The refractive index of transparent solution is calculated by adjusting the angle of the cuvette to change the optical path difference of the solution.Finally,according to the characteristic relationship between the concentration of solution and the refractive index,the concentration of transparent solution to be tested is calculated.The experimental results show that under the irradiation of He-Ne laser with a wavelength of 632.8nm,when the differential accuracy of the precision electric rotary translation stage is 10′,the measurement accuracy of the refractive index can reach the order of 10E-4.At the same time,it is a simple and fast method to measure the refractive index and concentration of various transparent liquids.
