传承与超越:中等师范学校教育经验之于新时代卓越小学教师培养的启示

摘要 在对“卓越小学教师”的内涵及素养要求分析的基础上,发掘中等师范学校教育在优质的生源质量、全科综合的培养模式、严格的行为规范养成、全面的教学技能训练、深厚的专业情意培养等优秀培养经验上的重要当代价值。基于以上分析,借鉴中等师范学校教育的成功之处,联系新时代新要求,提出卓越小学教师的培养建议:一是提升小学教师职业吸引力,完善招生选拔制度以优化师范生源质量。二是重视课程体系的整合创新,注重良好行为习惯的养成,落实贯穿全程的技能训练以提升师范生综合素质。三是加强直接教育,重视实践感知,突出环境影响以养成师范生深厚专业情意。 Based on the analysis of the connotation and quality requirements of"excellence elementary school teachers",it is found that the secondary normal education has the significant contemporary value in excellent training experiences such as the high-quality student source quality,the comprehensive training mode for all subjects,the strict behavior habit cultivation,the comprehensive teaching skill training,and the deep professional sentiment cultivation.Based on the above understanding,drawing on the success of secondary normal education and connecting with the new requirements of the new era,the training suggestions for"excellence elementary school teachers"are proposed.One is to enhance the professional attractiveness of the primary school teachers and improve the enrollment and selection system to optimize the quality of teacher training students.The second is to attach importance to the integration and innovation of the curriculum system,the cultivation of good behavior habits,and the implementation of skills training throughout the entire process to improve the comprehensive quality of normal school students.The third is to strengthen direct education,attach importance to practical perception,and highlight environmental impact to cultivate a deep professional sentiment among normal school students.
