习近平生态文明思想既是人类生态文明思想的革命性变革,又体现了中国共产党在发展理念上的创新,是新时代中国特色社会主义现代化事业“五位一体”总体布局的理论基础,也是中国生态文明发展道路的科学指南。习近平生态文明思想所提出的“两山理论”强调必须把经济发展与生态环境保护有机统一起来,其鲜明的“人民情怀”和“人类情怀”既决定了中国式现代化必然坚持和平发展的道路,又决定了中国式现代化追求的是人与自然和谐共生的现代化和实现全体人民共同富裕的价值指向。中国式现代化必然创造“五个文明”协调发展的人类文明新形态。
