党的二十大报告指出,中国式现代化是人与自然和谐共生的现代化,并将其作为中国式现代化本质要求之一。推动生态文明建设和高质量发展协同并进,是中国共产党在洞察发展规律、解决发展矛盾方面做出的重要历史决策,蕴含着丰富的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和现实逻辑。新时代中国在生态文明建设和经济发展中,面临着政府与市场作用发挥不协调、社会主体参与不充分等问题。要做好统筹发展与保护,应坚持中国共产党的领导、正确处理国家和市场的关系、以经济规律破题生态文明建设、发挥人民群众主体作用、以制度建设保障发展与生态的良性互动。在新的时代征程中,应当将生态文明建设与高质量发展紧密结合,促进国民经济持续增长,人民生活水平提升,中国式现代化稳步前进,实现中华民族的永续发展。

The report of the 20th Party Congress points out that Chinese modernization is a modernization in which people and nature live in harmony,and makes the promotion of harmonious coexistence between people and nature one of the essential requirements of Chinese modernization.Promoting the construction of ecological civilization and high-quality development in tandem is a historical choice made by the Communist Party of China to grasp the laws of development and crack development contradictions,which contains rich historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.In the new era of ecological civilization construction and economic development,China is facing problems such as the uncoordinated role of government and market,and the insufficient participation of social actors.To do a good job of coordinating development and protection,we should adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,correctly handle the relationship between the state and the market,break the construction of ecological civilization with economic laws,give play to the main role of the people,and guarantee the positive interaction between development and ecology with institutional construction.In the new era and new journey,we must grasp the synergy between ecological civilization construction and high-quality development,so as to solidly promote the sustainable development of the national economy,the people's life to a new level and Chinese modernization,and ultimately achieve the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.
