数字金融、绿色治理与经济发展韧性

Digital Finance,Green Governance and Economic Development Resilience

文章运用2011—2020年中国省级面板数据,深入研究数字金融对经济发展韧性的影响机理。研究发现:数字金融对经济发展韧性存在正向影响,且该影响具有显著的门槛效应,同时数字化程度、覆盖广度和使用深度均对经济发展韧性存在促进作用;数字金融能够通过降低煤炭资源依赖度与发展绿色金融进而影响经济发展韧性;异质性研究表明,数字金融对经济发展韧性的正向影响在高互联网普及率地区大于低互联网普及率地区,且在长江经济带的促进作用显著大于沿海经济带与黄河经济带。

This paper uses China’s provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020 to deeply study the influencing mechanism of digital finance on economic development resilience.The results go as below:Digital finance has a positive impact on the resilience of economic development,and the impact has a significant threshold effect.At the same time,the degree of digitization,the breadth of coverage and the depth of use all have a promoting effect on the resilience of economic development.Digital finance can drive economic resilience by reducing dependence on coal resources and improving the development level of green finance.The heterogeneity study shows that the positive impact of digital finance on economic development resilience is greater in regions with high Internet penetration than in regions with low Internet penetration,and the promoting effect in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is significantly greater than that in the coastal economic belt and the Yellow River Economic Belt.
