统计监督的国际比较及其对我国的启示

International Comparison of Statistical Supervision and Its Enlightenment to China

随着统计现代化改革的不断推进,统计监督已被纳入党和国家监督体系之中,将有力地提高统计数据质量和政府统计公信力。面对新的统计监督形势,统计监督理论研究与现实要求仍存在一定的差距。为推动社会各界重新认识和理解统计监督职能,了解我国统计监督的现状,文章介绍了国外统计监督好的经验和做法,并对典型国家的统计监督制度进行比较分析,提出了强化我国统计监督的措施。

With the continuous advancement of statistical modernization reform,statistical supervision has been incorporated into the Party and state supervision system,which will effectively improve the quality of statistical data and the credibility of government statistics.Facing the new situation of statistical supervision,there is still a gap between the theoretical research of statistical supervision and the practical requirements.In order to push all sectors of society to have a new recognition and understanding of the function of statistical supervision,and to know the status quo of statistical supervision in China,this paper introduces the good experience and practices of statistical supervision in foreign countries,then compares and analyzes the statistical supervision systems of typical countries,and finally puts forward measures to strengthen China’s statistical supervision.
