“建圈强链”背景下成都市新型工业化发展路径探析

Analysis on the Development Path of New Industrialization in Chengdu under the Background of Strong Chain Building

党的二十大报告提出,到2035年基本实现新型工业化,推进新型工业化,加快建设制造强国。新时代新征程上,我国新型工业化呈现出新的发展内涵和时代特征,面临新的形势,机遇和挑战并存[1]。当前,成都市正全面建设践行新发展理念的公园城市示范区,面临产业组织形式、产业支撑功能、新兴产业业态、产业生产要素等区域性、阶段性、结构性变化,将建圈强链作为新型工业化路径,积极推动产业体系升级发展,以工作实效推动新型工业化进程。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to advance new industrialization and move faster to boost China’s strength in manufacturing,and basically achieve new industrialization by 2035.In the new era and on the new journey,the new industrialization reflects new connotations and features.Opportunities and challenges coexist in China's new industrialization.At present,Chengdu is comprehensively building a park-city demonstration zone that practices the new development concept.This city is facing regional,phased,and structural changes with multiple factors,such as industrial organization form,industrial support function,emerging industry formats and industrial production factors.Therefore,Chengdu is exploring to build a strong chain of industrial circles as a path to new Industrialization,actively promoting the upgrading and development of the industrial system,so as to advance the new industrialization process with work effectiveness.
