河南省数字经济发展现状、挑战与对策分析

Analysis of the Current Status and Challenge of Digital Economy in Henan Province

数字经济正在成为引领经济社会发展的重要力量。助推河南省从“制造大省”向“制造强省”转变的核心路径便是大力发展数字经济。当前,河南省数字经济整体规模呈现稳中向好发展态势,顶层设计持续优化、创新驱动不断增强、数字基础设施建设有效推进、工业企业数字化转型稳步发展、数字乡村建设加速实施。同时,也面临数字经济规模尚有较大提升空间、产业数字化转型速度较慢、数字技术创新能力不强、数字产业集聚效应不明显、数字信息技术对实体经济赋能作用不强等众多挑战。本文提出了因地制宜提升河南省数字经济规模、多措并举加快产业数字化转型、用创新驱动推进数字技术应用、用龙头效应带动数字企业集群发展、探索提升数字技术对实体经济赋能应用的对策建议。

The digital economy is becoming an important force leading economic and social development.Vigorously developing the digital economy is the core path of helping Henan's transformation from big manufacturing province to strong manufacturing province.At present,the digital economy in Henan Province has shown the stable development of the digital economy as a whole,the continuous optimization of top-level design,the continuous enhancement of innovation-driven,the effective advancement of digital infrastructure construction,the steady development of digital transformation of industrial enterprises,and the accelerated implementation of digital rural construction.Henan Province is facing the challenges of the digital economy scale to be improved,the slower pace for industrial digital transformation,the weak ability to innovate digital technology,the unobvious effect of digital industry agglomeration,and the poor role of digital information technology on the real economy empowerment.This article proposes to enhance the scale of digital economy in Henan Province according to local conditions,take multiple measures to accelerate industrial digital transformation,promote the application of digital technology with innovation,drive the development of digital enterprise clusters with leading effect,and explore and improve the application of digital technology to empower the real economy.
