观察中药生脉散合酸枣仁汤联合西药对女性冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗效果

Observation the therapeutic effect of Shengmai SAN and Ziziphi spinosae decoction combined with western medicine on female patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的:探析中药生脉散合酸枣仁汤联合西药在女性冠心病心绞痛治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年9月本院80例女性冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组(西药治疗)与观察组(中药生脉散合酸枣仁汤联合西药治疗),对比治疗效果。结果:治疗总有效率、心绞痛次数、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率、LDL-C、TG、疼痛评分方面,治疗后,观察组较对照组优(P<0.05)。结论:中药生脉散合酸枣仁汤结合西药能够明显改善女性冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,而且联合用药并不会导致不良反应发生率提高。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Shengmai SAN and Ziziphi spinosae decoction combined with Western medicine in the female patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 80 female patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital were admitted from March 2020 to September 2021,they were randomly divided into control group(western medicine treatment)and observation group(Traditional Chinese medicine Shengmai SAN and Ziziphi spinosae decoction combined with western medicine treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In terms of the total effective rate,frequency of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome score,incidence of adverse reactions,LDL-C,TG and pain score,the observation group was superior to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai SAN combined with Suanzaoren Decoction and Ziziphi spinosae decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of female patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,it also can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,and the combination of drugs does not lead to an increase in the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
