Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation+finger relaxation therapy for patients with postpartum pelvic floor pain. Methods:A total of 84 patients with postpartum pelvic floor pain were divided into a control group of 42 cases and an observation group of 42 cases according to the random number method, and the two groups received biofeedback electrical stimulation and biofeedback electrical stimulation+finger relaxation therapy respectively. The pain scores, sexual function, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor function and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the visual analogue method(VAS),urinary incontinence questionnaire short form(ICI-Q-SF)score and resting state pressure of vagina in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the female sexual function scale(FSFI)score was significantly lower than that in the control group. The scores of pelvic floor muscle strength and maximal vaginal contraction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(95.24%)than that of the control group(76.19%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with finger relaxation therapy can help patients with postpartum pelvic floor pain.It can relieve pain, improve sexual function and pelvic floor function, reduce urinary incontinence and enhance the therapeutic effect.
