Construction of Inter-disciplines : From the Perspective of Collaborative Governance

摘要 与聚焦研究的学科交叉不同,交叉学科意味着研究问题向知识问题、教育问题和管理问题转变。面对其问题来源的外生性和复杂性、认识论的批判性和反思性、理论框架的整合性和创新性及体系的多维性和开放性,交叉学科建设需要突破传统学科的建设模式和管理模式,从协同治理的视角重新审视。交叉学科建设重在引导高校发挥自主性和主动性,通过不同学科专业人员、行业企业、社会公众等多元主体的协同治理,更好地服务科技创新和高层次人才培养的目标。为充分发挥协同治理效果,交叉学科建设应从起始条件、制度设计、促进型领导力和协同过程等四个方面入手,尤其应重视责权共享、真诚协商和共识达成的协同过程。 Different from interdisciplinary integration that focuses on research,an interdiscipline means a shift from research to knowledge,education and management.Faced with the externality and complexity of its problem sources,the critical and reflective nature of epistemology,the integration and innovation of theoreticla lframework,and the multidimensional and open nature of its system,the construction of inter-disciplines needs to break through the traditional disciplinary construction and management mode,and to be reexamined from the perspective of collaborative governance.The critical point of building interdisciplines is to guide universities to exert their autonomy and initiative,and better serve the purpose of scientific and technological innovation and high-level talent training through the collaborative governance of personnel from different disciplines,industries and enterprises,and the public.In order to give full play to the effect of collaborative governance,the construction of inter-disciplines should start from four aspects:initial conditions,institutional design,facilitative leadership and collaborative process,with a special focus on the collaborative process,including responsibility and power sharing,sincere consultation and consensus.
