摘要
新型研究型大学被寄予承担国家和区域创新体系引擎作用的厚望,且须通过技术转移体系的组织创新,促进社会服务、人才培养、科学研究三大职能互动耦合,实现大学的转型发展。本文选取南方科技大学为个案,以制度理论为基础,从组织创新管理的视角分析影响新型研究型大学技术转移体系的组织构建和创新发展的主要因素。基于半开放式深入访谈和文档研究,本文认为,为推进大学技术转移体系的组织创新,须通过有效的管理手段提升技术转移体系与人才培养机制的兼容性,加强教师科研与产业需求的对接,并建立鼓励技术转移的教师科研评价机制。
Emerging neotype research universities in China are expected to assume the role of engines of national and regional innovation systems and should achieve the transformation and development of universities through the organizational innovation of technology transfer system to promote the interactive coupling of three major functions of universities:social service,talent cultivation and scientific research.Using Southern University of Science and Technology as a case,this paper analyzes the influence of institutional changes and sociocultural elements on the development of technology transfer system from the perspectives of organizational innovation and institutional theory.Based on the data analysis of semistructured interviews and documentation,the findings point out that,in order to boost organizational innovation of university technology transfer system,valid management methods should be applied to enhance the compatibility of the technology transfer system with the talent cultivation mechanism,strengthen the docking of faculty research with industrial needs,and establish a faculty research evaluation mechanism that encourages technology transfer.
