全链条科技创新体系下专业学位研究生培养模式的探索——以中国科学院空天信息创新研究院为例

Exploration of Cultivation Mode for Professional Degree Graduate Students Under the Whole Chain Sci-Tech Innovation System-- A Case Study of Aerospace Information Research Institute at Chinese Academy of Sciences

摘要 针对当前专业学位研究生教育中存在的突出问题,中国科学院空天信息创新研究院依托电子信息全链条科技创新体系,充分发挥研究生教育在教育、科技、人才“三位一体”中的联结作用,探索出全链条科技创新体系下包括导师组指导、特色必修环节和质量保障体系在内的电子信息专业学位研究生培养新模式,培养了一大批优秀的工学博士、工学硕士和专业硕士,并与国内其他高校合作培养了部分专业博士,其实践探索将为其他专业学位研究生培养单位提供启示。 Targeting prominent problems existing in the current professional degree graduate education,Aerospace Information Research Institute at Chinese Academy of Sciences gives full play to the coupling effects of graduate education in the trinity of education,sci-tech and talent,and explores to develop a new cultivation mode for professional degree graduate students in the field of electronic information science and technology under the whole chain scitech innovation system,including supervisor group tutoring,special compulsory courses and quality assurance system.The institute has cultivated a large number of graduates awarded the title of doctor of engineering,master of engineering and professional master,and cooperated with other higher education institutions in cultivating some graduates awarded the title of professional doctorate.The practical exploration of this institute might provide inspiration for other professional degree graduate cultivation unites.
