柴油机机体铸造毛坯位置度检测装置设计

摘要 针对机体铸造毛坯位置度[1]检测工序中出现的生产效率低、成本高和劳动强度大等问题,以轻便和准确为理念,设计了一套机体铸造毛坯位置度检测装置,并在装置设计和使用方面进行了详细论述。该装置一人就能手动装卸,操作方便,并在车间现场就能准确检测;而且降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。 Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,high cost,and high labor intensity in the detection process of block casting blank position,a set of block casting blank position detection device has been designed on the basis of the concept of portability and accuracy,while the device design and use have been discussed in detail.This device can be manually loaded and unloaded by one person,making it easy to operate,which can be accurately detected on site in the workshop.The production cost has been reduced and production efficiency has been improved.
