低碳绿色高速公路服务区设计分析——以泸定服务区为例

摘要 中国作为交通大国,高速公路通车里程、高速铁路与城轨交通运营里程世界第一。交通运输快速发展的同时造成能源消耗的快速增长。我国交通领域的碳排放量占全国终端碳排放的15%,过去9年年均增速在5%以上,预计到2025年还要增加50%。在“双碳”战略的大背景下,整个交通行业正为此按下了减碳脱碳的“加速键”。可以预见,交通行业将以“双碳”为牵引,促进整个交通运输产业全链条、各要素的迭代升级,推动交通行业实现低碳绿色转型和高质量发展。因此,在设计高速公路服务区时,必须贯彻低碳、绿色的设计理念,坚持可持续发展的战略,进一步优化和升级高速公路服务区的设计方案,进一步降低能耗,充分发挥高速公路服务区的经济价值和社会价值。 The carbon emissions in China's transport sector account for 15%of the national terminal carbon emissions,with an average annual growth rate of more than 5%in the past nine years,and it is expected to increase by 50%by 2025.In the context of the"dual carbon"strategy,the entire transport industry is pressing the"accelerator"for carbon reduction and decarbonization.It can be predicted that the transportation industry will take the"double carbon"as the traction to promote the iterative upgrading of the whole transportation industry chain and all elements,and promote the transportation industry to achieve low-carbon green transformation and high-quality development.Therefore,when designing the expressway service area,we must implement the low-carbon and green design concept proposed by the state,adhere to the strategy of sustainable development,further optimize and upgrade the construction optimization design scheme of the expressway service area,further reduce energy consumption,and give full play to the economic and social value of the expressway service area.
