建设智慧旅游主要的目的就是利用现代信息技术改善旅游的服务与体验。而目前旅游景区的讲解系统存在一定问题,其互动交流以及语言能力较为缺乏,研究以本体知识检索技术与自然语言处理技术为基础的景区智能讲解系统,能够更好地为游客提供个性化的语音对话智能讲解服务。本篇文章设计系统分为逻辑架构以及物理架构,讲解知识检索技术、对话策略管理技术、命名实体识别技术以及文本向量化处理技术等,通过开发与测试系统原型验证系统的可行性。

The main purpose of building smart tourism is to improve the service and physical examination of tourism through modern information technology.At present,the explanation system of tourist attractions is relatively short of interactive communication and language ability.This paper mainly studies the intelligent explanation system of scenic spots based on ontology knowledge retrieval technology and natural language processing technology,so as to better provide tourists with personalized intelligent explanation service of voice dialogue in scenic spots.The system designed in this paper is divided into logical architecture and physical architecture,and then the explanation of knowledge retrieval technology,dialogue strategy management technology,named entity recognition technology and text vector processing technology are analyzed.Finally,the feasibility of the system is verified through the development and testing of system prototype.
