探讨全面推进企业档案信息数字化建设

Discussion on Promoting the Digitalization of Enterprise Archives Information

随着我国进入信息化时代,各行各业都加强了对信息技术的运用。当前,国内已有许多企业使用大数据技术对于档案资料实行管理,尽管已取得初步的成效,但是依旧停留在初期探索阶段,在档案的信息数字化建设工作中存在许多缺陷,仍需要展开深入的分析与改进。所以,将基于信息化时代这一新背景,针对企业档案信息化、数字化建设工作进行研究,分析其中存在的问题,同时给出对应的改进办法,从而推动企业获得全方位的发展。

With China entering the information age,all walks of life have strengthened the use of information technology.At present,many domestic enterprises have implemented management on the use of big data technology for archive materials.Although they have achieved preliminary results,they still remain in the initial exploration stage.There are many defects in the construction of archive information digitization,which need to be analyzed and improved in depth.Therefore,based on the new background of the information age,this paper will study the informatization and digital construction of enterprise archives,analyze the existing defects,and provide corresponding improvement methods,so as to promote the all-round development of enterprises.
