浅析桥式起重机电气控制

桥式起重机是现代化社会生产时的常用设备。随着我国社会经济的不断发展与进步,工业生产等行业也对桥式起重机设备的性能提出了更加严格的要求,电气系统作为桥式起重机运转过程中极为重要的组成部分,其性能严重影响了桥式起重机的工作效率,若电气控制系统存在问题,则无法满足电气自动化生产标准,也会严重影响生产进度。基于此,分析当前桥式起重机电器控制的主要构成以及常见的电气保护措施,提出桥式起重机电气系统运行过程中常见故障的处理方式。

Bridge crane is a common equipment in modern social production.With the continuous development and progress of social economy in our country,industry such as industrial production,also put forward more stringent requirements for the performance of bridge crane equipment,electrical system as a very important part of the bridge crane operation process,its performance has seriously affected the bridge crane work efficiency,if there are problems in electrical control system,it can not meet the electrical automation production standards,It will also seriously affect the production schedule.Based on the above content,the author analyzes the main components of electrical control and the common electrical protection measures of the front bridge crane,and puts forward the treatment of the common faults in the operation of the bridge crane electrical system.
