摘要
随着中国装备制造业的发展,构成设备的主要材料、主要零部件质量决定了装备制造业发展的水平。基于此,瞄准海洋工程装备、风电新能源装备的重载齿轮,通过试验论证等研究方法认为,实现齿轮高服役性能的基础是齿轮材料,结合渗碳齿轮钢的生产技术、微观组织控制等研发技术路线,提出齿轮钢冶炼及凝固再结晶、微观组织控制的工艺优化方案。
With the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry,the quality of the main materials and components of the equipment determines the development level of the equipment manufacturing industry.In this paper,aiming at the heavy-duty gears of offshore engineering equipment and wind power new energy equipment,through experimental demonstration and other research methods,it is considered that gear materials are the basis for realizing high service performance of gears.Combined with the research and development technical routes of carburized gear steel such as production technology and microstructure control,the process optimization scheme of gear steel smelting,solidification recrystallization and microstructure control is put forward.
