后俄乌冲突时代我国煤炭产业绿色发展策略研究

Research on the green development strategy of China's coal industry in the post Russia-Ukraine conflict era

自俄乌冲突以来能源价格保持高位运行。通过分析俄乌冲突对我国煤炭产业的影响,阐述了基于能源安全背景下我国面临的主要挑战,包括危及煤炭转型及气候变化承诺目标、可再生能源大规模发展、国际环境恶化等,从能源独立、新型能源体系、绿色低碳转型3个阶段研究了后俄乌冲突时代我国煤炭产业绿色发展的策略,并提出加强顶层设计、加强科技与人才保障、加大政策支持等对策建议。

Since the Russia-Ukraine conflict,energy prices have been running at a high level.This paper describes the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on China's coal industry,analyzes the main challenges faced by China in the context of energy security,including threatening coal transformation and climate change commitment goals,large-scale development of renewable energy,international environmental degradation,etc.This paper puts forward strategies for green development of China's coal industry in the post Russia-Ukraine conflict era from three stages of energy independence,new energy system,and green and low-carbon transformation,proposes three countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening top-level design,technology and talent protection,and policy support,et al.
