铁塔压煤下局部限厚充填开采技术研究

摘要 基于山西潞安集团司马煤业有限公司1110工作面开切眼以里20 m处地表有岚苏Ⅱ线34号铁塔的问题,设计采用限厚充填开采技术。对薄基岩厚表土条件局部限厚充填开采技术进行了研究,并对局部限厚充填开采地层变形规律进行了深入分析。通过概率积分公式和数值模拟计算地表移动变形结果,研究现有局部充填技术实施的充填效果规律演化过程,并进行了工程实践。结果表明,工作面开采后顶板迅速垮落至底板,由于受到工作面中部充填区域影响,中部充填顶板围岩下沉较小,中部限厚充填体明显改变工作面上覆围岩变形趋势和应力状态,有效降低了地表铁塔区域的下沉与倾斜,保障了煤矿安全生产。 Based on the problem of the No.34 iron tower of Lansu II line on the surface 20 meters away from the open-off cut of 1110 working face of Shanxi Lu'an Group Sima Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,thickness-limited filling mining technology was designed and adopted.The local thickness-limited filling mining technology for thin bedrock and thick topsoil conditions was studied,and the deformation law of the local thickness-limited filling mining strata was analyzed.By using probability integral formulas and numerical simulation to calculate the results of surface movement and deformation,the law evolution process of the filling effect of existing local filling technology was studied,and its engineering practice was carried out.The results showed that the roof quickly collapsed to the floor after mining,the surrounding rock of the middle filling roof sank relatively small due to the influence of the filling area in the middle of the working face;the thickness-limited filling body in the middle significantly changed the deformation trend and stress state of the overlying surrounding rock of the working face,effectively reducing the subsidence and inclination of the iron tower area on the surface,and ensuring the safety production of coal mine.
