摘要
针对我国智能化露天煤矿尚未提出统一的建设思路和评价体系的问题,在以往智慧露天煤矿建设研究基础上,对我国当前露天煤矿生产条件和智能化建设情况进行了充分调研和分析;按智能化建设条件,选取工程地质、水文地质、煤层自燃倾向、生产规模、剩余服务年限、煤层条件、开采工艺、设备种类和信息化基础9类影响因素作为分类指标;创新建立了分类评价体系,将露天煤矿分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类。露天煤矿智能化建设包含信息基础设施、智能设计系统、智能穿爆系统、智能工艺系统、智能生产辅助和智能综合管控6个部分,以此作为分级指标建立了分级评价体系,将智能化露天煤矿分为初级、中级、高级3个级别。
In view of the problems of inconsistent construction idea and evaluation system for China's intelligent open-pit coal mines,based on the previous research on the construction of smart open-pit mines,the current production conditions and intelligent construction of open-pit coal mines in China have been fully investigated and analyzed.According to the intelligent construction conditions,nine categories of influencing factors,including engineering geology,hydrogeology,spontaneous combustion tendency of coal seam,production scale,remaining service life,coal seam conditions,mining process,equipment types and information foundation,have been selected as classification indicators to establish a classification evaluation system,which divides the open-pit coal mines into class I,class II and class III.The intelligent construction of open-pit coal mine is divided into six parts:information infrastructure,intelligent design system,intelligent drilling and blasting system,intelligent process system,intelligent production assistance,and intelligent comprehensive management and control.A hierarchical evaluation system is established based on these grading indexes,and the intelligent open-pit coal mine is divided into three levels:primary,intermediate and advanced.
