带式输送机煤量检测技术及其发展趋势 被引量:2

摘要 带式输送机在煤炭开采、加工过程中作为主要运输设备耗能巨大,运用高效准确的带式输送机煤量检测方法提高运输效率成为实现节能降耗、延长设备使用寿命的关键。对井下带式输送机煤量检测方法进行了梳理,将常见煤量检测技术分为传统接触式检测方法与非接触式检测方法,并对非接触式识别中的3种主要检测方法进行了比较分析。阐述了传统接触式检测方法的缺陷不足、非接触式检测方法的发展趋势以及煤量检测过程中为减少井下环境影响所采取的图像处理方法。最后对带式输送机煤量检测待解决的主要问题及该领域的未来研究方向进行了简要分析。 As the main transportation equipment,the belt conveyor consumes huge energy during coal mining and processing,The use of efficient and accurate coal quantity detection methods for belt conveyors to improve transportation efficiency has become the key to achieving energy conservation,consumption reduction,and extending the service life of equipment.The coal quantity detection methods for underground belt conveyors are sorted out,and the common coal quantity detection technologies are divided into traditional contact detection methods and non-contact detection methods,and the three main detection methods in non-contact recognition are compared and analyzed.The shortcomings of traditional contact detection methods,the development trend of non-contact detection methods,and the image processing methods adopted in the coal quantity detection process to reduce the impact of underground environment are expounded.A brief analysis is conducted on the main problems to be solved and the future research directions of belt conveyors in coal quantity detection.
