医学生医患关系认知测量量表修订及信效度检验

Revision and Validity and Reliability Testing of the Medical Students’Perceptions of Physician-Patient Re⁃lationship Gauge

目的完善医学生医患关系认知的测量工具。方法在理论基础上建立量表的概念框架与条目池,形成初始量表,后两次通过德尔菲法对初始量表进行修订,通过描述性分析、Pearson相关性分析、内部一致性分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析及聚敛效度分析进行效度检验,通过Cronbach’sα系数法对量表进行信度检验,最终形成信效度较好的医患关系认知测量量表。结果最终形成3个维度、19个条目的医学生医患关系认知测量量表。探索性因子分析结果显示,提取出的3个公因子累计方差贡献率为88.277%。验证性因子分析结果显示适配度良好。各条目的因子荷载均大于0.7,说明各条目具有较高的代表性,且平均方差变异AVE均大于0.5,组合信度CR均大于0.8,说明聚敛效度理想。该量表条目维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.912~0.973,折半信度为0.848~0.965,说明信度良好。结论制定出信效度较好的医学生医患关系认知测量量表。

Objective To improve the tool for measuring the cognition of medical students’doctor-patient relation⁃ship.Methods Based on theories,the conceptual framework and items of the scale were established to form the ini⁃tial scale,which was revised twice by Delphi method,and validity tests were conducted by descriptive analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,internal consistency analysis,exploratory factor analysis,validation factor analysis,and convergent validity analysis.The reliability of the scale was tested by Cronbach’sαcoefficient method,and the final scale with good reliability and validity was formed.Results The final scale was composed of 3 dimensions and 19 items.The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution of the three extract⁃ed common factors was 88.277%.The results of the validation factor analysis showed good fitness.The factor load⁃ings of each entry were all greater than 0.7,indicating that the entries were highly representative,and the mean vari⁃ance AVE were all larger than 0.5,and the combined reliability CR values were all larger than 0.8,indicating that the con⁃vergent validity was ideal.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale entry dimensions ranged from 0.912 to 0.973,and the fold-half reliability ranged from 0.848 to 0.965,indicating good reliability.Conclusion A medical student cogni⁃tive measure of doctor-patient relationship with good reliability and validity was formed.
