Artificial intelligence technology,as a general-purpose technology,brings a series of security and ethical risks like each other technological breakthrough.With the universal utilization of artificial intelligence technology,especially generative artificial intelligence,the governance of artificial intelligence has become a global issue,that needs to be thought deeply about how to balance the benefits and potential risks.This article aims to provide a reference for the construction of China’s artificial intelligence governance system by reviewing global trends in artificial intelligence governance and analyzing regulatory schemes in major countries and regions.
