摘要
人才平台建设是引才聚才的关键举措,但是在人才理论研究与实践工作中,对“人才平台究竟是什么”这一问题的回答并未形成共识。本文借鉴科学场论与市场理论,对人才平台的基本内涵和概念进行解析,尝试勾勒人才平台的建构与运行逻辑,初步剖析人才平台基本功能与主要特征,并基于人才平台的定义、表现形式、建设与运营主体、服务对象等视角对人才平台类别进行界定,以期为人才学界、人才实践工作者阐释“人才平台是什么”的问题解答提供有益参考。
The construction of talent platform is the key to attracting and clustering talents,but in the context of talent theoretical research and practical work,there is no consensus on the answer to the question of“what exactly is a talent platform”.This paper draws lessons from scientific field theory and market theory to analyze the basic connotations and concepts of talent platform,and attempts to outline the construction and operation logic of talent platform,preliminarily analyzes the basic function and main characteristics of talent platform,and defines the categories of talent platforms based on the perspectives of definition,form,construction and operation entities as well as service object,in order to provide useful references for the talent academic community and practitioners in talent practice to explain the question“what is a talent platform”.
