肌钙蛋白I与心肌酶谱联合检测在女性冠心病诊断中的价值

Value of combined detection of cardiac troponin I and myocardial enzyme spectrum in the diagnosis of female coronary heart disease

目的探讨肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)与心肌酶谱联合检测在女性冠心病诊断中的价值。方法选择兰陵县车辋镇中心卫生院2022年1月至12月收治的57例女性冠心病患者为观察组,另选择同期健康体检的55例女性为对照组,均进行cTnI、心肌酶谱检测。采用受试者工作特征曲线分析cTnI联合心肌酶谱的诊断价值。结果观察组cTnI、心肌酶谱各项指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);联合检测与金标准结果具有良好的一致性(Kappa=0.854);cTnI联合心肌酶谱的曲线下面积大于cTnI、心肌酶谱单独检测,约登指数、灵敏度、特异度、准确率高于cTnI、心肌酶谱单独检测(P<0.05)。结论cTnI联合心肌酶谱对冠心病的诊断价值较高,能够为临床诊治提供依据。

Objective To explore the value of combined detection of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and myocardial enzyme spectrum in the diagnosis of female coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 57 female patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Lanling County Chewang Town Central Health Center from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 55 healthy women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.cTnI and myocardial enzyme spectrum were detected.The diagnostic value of cTnI combined with myocardial enzymology spectrum was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve.Results The levels of cTnI and myocardial enzyme spectrum in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The results of combined detection and the gold standard were in good agreement(Kappa=0.854).The area under the curve of cTnI combined with myocardial enzyme spectrum was larger than that of cTnI or myocardial enzyme spectrum alone,and the Youden index,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were higher than those of cTnI or myocardial enzyme spectrum alone(P<0.05).Conclusion cTnI combined with myocardial enzymes spectrum has a high diagnostic value for coronary heart disease,which can provide a basis for clini cal diagnosis and treatment.
