小剂量阿司匹林联合美托洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of low-dose Aspirin combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林联合美托洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年3月日照市岚山区岚山头医院收治的70例妊娠高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,每组各35例。参照组采用美托洛尔治疗,试验组采用小剂量阿司匹林联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组血压水平及不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组收缩压及舒张压均低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林联合美托洛尔可有效控制妊娠高血压患者的血压水平,减少不良妊娠结局发生风险。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-dose Aspirin combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods A total of 70 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Lanshantou Hospital of Lanshan District of Rizhao City from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metoprolol,and the experimental group was treated with lowdose Aspirin combined with Metoprolol.Blood pressure levels and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose Aspirin combined with Metoprolol can effectively control blood pressure levels in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
