坎地沙坦联合卡托普利治疗女性糖尿病肾病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Candesartan combined with Captopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in women

目的探讨坎地沙坦联合卡托普利治疗女性糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年4月淄博市妇幼保健院东院区收治的80例女性糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用卡托普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用坎地沙坦治疗。比较两组血压水平、肾小球滤过率及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,观察组血压水平及肾小球滤过率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坎地沙坦联合卡托普利治疗女性糖尿病肾病的临床效果确切,可有效控制血压水平,降低肾小球滤过率,且不良反应发生风险较小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Candesartan combined with Captopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in women.Methods A total of 80 female diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to East Hospital of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Captopril and the observation group was treated with Candesartan on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure levels,glomerular filtration rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood pressure levels and glomerular filtration rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Candesartan combined with Captopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in women has definite clinical effect,can effectively control blood pressure levels and reduce glomerular filtration rate with the lower risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and ap plication.
