舒适护理在儿童血液透析护理中的应用

Application of comfort nursing in children’s hemodialysis nursing

目的探讨舒适护理在儿童血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月在潍坊内分泌与代谢病医院接受血液透析治疗的60例患儿,根据单双号法分为对照组和舒适组,每组各30例。对照组开展常规护理,舒适组开展舒适护理,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后舒适组依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);舒适组医疗恐惧感评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在儿童血液透析护理中的应用效果较好,能够提高依从性,降低对医疗的恐惧感。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in children’s with hemodialysis nursing.Methods A total of 60 children who received hemodialysis in Weifang Endocrinology and Metabolic Disease Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and comfort group according to the odd and even number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the comfort group was given comfort nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The compliance score of the comfort group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The medical fear score of the comfort group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfort nurs ing in children with hemodialysis nursing is good,which can improv e the compliance and reduce the medical fear.
