双心护理模式在老年女性冠心病合并心绞痛患者中的应用

Application of dual heart nursing mode in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris

目的探讨双心护理模式在老年女性冠心病合并心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取泰安市中心医院分院2021年5月至2022年9月收治的85例老年女性冠心病合并心绞痛患者,以随机数字表法分为研究组(43例,常规护理联合双心护理模式)和对照组(42例,常规护理),对比两组患者心绞痛发作情况、不良情绪评分、心功能指标。结果干预后,研究组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间少于对照组,抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年女性冠心病合并心绞痛患者实施双心护理模式可有效减少心绞痛发作频率,减轻负面情绪,改善心功能指标。

Objective To explore the application effect of dual heart nursing mode in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris.Methods A total of 85 elderly female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris from May 2021 to September 2022 were selected from Tai’an Central Hospital Branch.They were divided into study group(43 cases,conventional nursing combined with dual heart nursing mode)and control group(42 cases,conventional nursing)by random number table method.Angina attacks,adverse mood scores,and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two gr oups.Results The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the study group were less than those in the control group,self-rating depression scale and selfrating anxiety scale scores after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and cardiac function indexes were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of dual heart nursing mode in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can effectively reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,relieve negative emotions and improve cardiac functio n indicators.
