延续性护理干预在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用

Application of continuous nursing intervention in postoperative patients with breast cancer

目的探讨延续性护理干预在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用。方法选取2020年5月至2022年12月德州市中医院收治的90例乳腺癌术后患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规术后护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用延续性护理干预。比较两组生活质量、自我效能、心理状态及护理满意度。结果研究组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组一般自我效能感量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用,可提高患者的生活质量、护理满意度,改善自我效能及心理状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of continuous nursing intervention in postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 90 postoperative patients with breast cancer admitted to Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random drawing method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative care,and the study group received continuous nursing intervention based on the control group.The quality of life,self-efficacy,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of general self-efficacy scale and Hamilton depression rating scale in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).T he total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing intervention in postoper ative patients with breast cancer can improve the quality of life,nursing satisfaction,self-efficacy and psychological state of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
