高油花生品种菏花26号选育及主要农艺性状评价

摘要 为了筛选高产、高油、综合性状优良的花生新品系,2020年对PD01等11个花生新品系进行比较试验,并综合分析了其产量、品质和农艺性状。结果表明,PD01、PD03、PD04、PD06、PD07、PD08和PD09的产量潜力大,农艺性状优良;通过粗脂肪含量测定,检测出8份粗脂肪含量高于50.00%的花生品系,其中PD06的粗脂肪含量大于55.00%;主要农艺性状相关性分析发现,花生新品系间性状差异显著,多个农艺性状之间存在相关性,共同影响花生的荚果性状,为综合性状筛选奠定基础。2021年对PD06再次进行品质检测,含油量为55.92%,命名为菏花26号,并进行登记。 In order to screen new peanut lines with high yield,high oil content and excellent comprehensive characters,the yield,quality and agronomic characters of 11 new peanut lines including PD01 were comprehensively analyzed in 2020.It was found that PD01,PD03,PD04,PD06,PD07,PD08 and PD09 had great yield potential and excellent agronomic characters.Through the determination of crude fat content,8 peanut strains with crude fat content more than 50.00% were detected,one of which was more than 55.00%(PD06).At the same time,the correlation analysis of the main agronomic traits was also carried out.It was found that there were significant differences in the traits among the new strains,and there were correlations between multiple agronomic traits,which affected the pod traits of peanut together,laying the foundation for the screening of comprehensive traits.In 2021,PD06 was subjected to quality inspection again,with an oil content of 55.92%,named Hehua No.26,and registered.
