广州某项目A栋超高层住宅结构抗震设计 被引量:1

摘要 广州某项目A栋地下6层,地上46层,采用框支剪力墙结构体系,存在扭转不规则、偏心布置、凹凸不规则、构件间断、局部穿层柱等不规则情况。利用YJK和ETABS对结构进行了整体计算分析、多遇地震下的弹性时程补充验算以及设防地震和罕遇地震下的性能目标分析,并进行了罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析以及采取针对性加强措施。开展框支框架、转换层楼板等关键构件的专项分析,并采取了加强措施。分析结果表明:结构选型合理,受力体系明确,安全可靠,具有良好的抗震性能,可实现预期的抗震性能目标。 Building A of a project in Guangzhou has 6 floors underground and 46 floors above ground.The main structure adopts frame-supported shear wall structure system,which has irregular torsion,eccentric arrangement,concave and convex irregularity,component discon‐tinuity,local through-layer column and other irregular conditions.Using YJK and ETABS,the overall calculation and analysis of the struc‐ture,the elastic time history supplementary checking calculation under frequent earthquakes,and the performance target analysis under fortifi‐cation earthquakes and rare earthquakes were carried out.The elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes and targeted strength‐ening measures were taken.Special analysis of key components such as frame-supported frame and transfer floor was carried out,and strengthening measures were taken.The analysis results show that the structure selection is reasonable,the force system is clear,safe and re‐liable,has good seismic performance,and can achieve the expected seismic performance objectives.
