摘要
采用粒径5~15 mm、5~20 mm、5~25 mm再生混凝土骨料,20目、40目、60目的橡胶粉(RP),掺量0%、15%、30%等质量取代天然细骨料(NFA),研究RP粒径和掺量对于再生混凝土(RC)性能的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,橡胶的掺入降低了再生混凝土(RC)的抗压、抗折强度;随着橡胶目数的提高,再生混凝土(RC)的强度有一定提高,对混凝土抗折强度影响不明显;随着再生骨料级配粒径范围的增加,抗压强度提高,对混凝土抗折强度影响不明显。3种变量对于强度影响的显著差异分析表明橡胶目数和再生骨料级配两个变量对于强度的影响不大,橡胶掺量显著影响抗折强度变化。
The study investigated the effect of rubber powder(RP)with particle sizes of 20 mesh,40 mesh,and 60 mesh,and replace-ment percentages of 0%,15%,and 30%by weight for natural fine aggregate(NFA)on the properties of recycled concrete(RC).In addi-tion,the study explored the effect of coarse aggregate particle sizes of 5-15 mm,5-20 mm,and 5-25 mm on the strength of rubber con-crete.The results showed that within a certain range,the addition of rubber reduced the compressive and flexural strength of RC.With an in-crease in rubber mesh size,the strength of RC increased to some extent,but the flexural strength remained basically unchanged.As the par-ticle size range of recycled aggregates increased,the compressive strength increased,while the flexural strength remained basically un-changed.However,it is worth noting that the two variables of rubber mesh size and recycled aggregate grading have little effect on the com-pressive and flexural strength,while rubber content significantly affects the change in flexural strength.
