隔声砂浆楼板系统的性能研究

Study of Performance of Floor System Made by Sound Insulation Motar

对隔声砂浆兼具找平和隔声功能,直接取代铺砖用的干硬性水泥砂浆的隔声砂浆楼板系统的材料性能、楼板隔声性能和长期使用性能进行研究。结果表明该隔声砂浆楼板隔声系统长期使用性能较差,易出现起拱起翘和空鼓断裂。建议隔声砂浆使用时,应在隔声砂浆层做C20以上的混凝土保护层。

The material performance,floor sound insulation performance and long-term service performance of the sound insulation mortar floor system was studied,which had both leveling and sound insulation functions and directly replaces the cement mortar used for laying bricks.The results showed that this sound insulation mortar floor system has poor long-term performance,and was prone to warping and hol-lowing fracture.It is recommended that when using sound insulation mortar,a concrete protective layer of C20 or above should be added to the sound insulation mortar layer.
