摘要
水溶性维生素作为维生素的重要组成部分,在维持人体正常生命活动方面扮演着重要的角色,其测定方法在高职院校生物化学分子实验中也是不可或缺的实验技术。目前生化分析测定技术已被广泛应用于水溶性维生素的检测,可完成对蔬菜、饮料、水果、药品等成分中的检测。本文通过对近几年水溶性维生素的测定方法如(微生物法、光度法、毛细管电泳法、超临界流体色谱法、液相色谱法和液质联用等)进行综述,旨在为开发高效便捷的水溶性维生素测定方法提供可靠依据。
As an important part of vitamins,water-soluble vitamins play an important role in maintaining the normal life activities of the human body,and its determination method is also an indispensable experimental technology in biochemical molecular experiments in higher vocational colleges.At present,biochemical analysis and determination technology has been widely used in the detection of water-soluble vitamins,and can complete the detection of beverages,fruits,drugs and other ingredients.The determination methods of water-soluble vitamins in recent years,such as microbiological method,spectrophotometry,capillary electrophoresis,supercritical fluid chromatography,liquid chromatography and LMS were reviewed,aiming to provide reliable basis for the development of efficient and convenient determination methods of water-soluble vitamins.
