α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯粘合剂的合成工艺与性能研究

摘要 优化α-氰基丙烯基正丁酯粘合剂的合成工艺,选出最优工艺条件,测定产品表征性能。以氰乙酸丁酯、多聚甲醛为主原料,1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,吡啶为催化剂,通过氰基乙酸酯甲醛法合成α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯。影响α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯合成的主要因素是N氰乙酸丁酯∶N多聚甲醛,反应温度次之,反应时间影响不显著。本研究选定的最优工艺具有反应条件温和、作用时间短、粘合强度高、节省原料等优点,为提高粘合剂的产率和综合性能的研究提供参考。 The synthesis process ofα-cyanoyl propyln-butyl ester adhesive was optimized,the optimum process conditions were selected,and the characterization properties of the product were determined.Using butyl cyanoacetate and paraformaldehyde as raw materials,1,2-dichloroethane as solvent,pyridine as catalyst,α-butyl cyanoacrylate was synthesized by cyanoacetate formaldehyde method.The main factors affecting the synthesis ofα-n-butyl cyanoacrylate were N(butyl cyanacetate)∶N(polyformaldehyde),the reaction temperature was the second,the reaction time was not significant.The optimum process had the advantages of mild reaction conditions,short action time,high bonding strength,saving raw materials,etc,which could provide reference for improving the yield and comprehensive performance of adhesives.
