催化裂化解吸塔底重沸器泄漏原因及改进建议

摘要 针对某炼油厂催化裂化装置解吸塔底重沸器内漏现象,本文从操作条件、焊接密封工艺、振动磨损、腐蚀方面分析内漏原因,判断原因为重沸器管束是受到湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂为主要的H_(2)O-HCl-H_(2)S-NH_(3)多种腐蚀的相互作用,重质原料油的硫含量较高也加剧了腐蚀程度。此外,从物料质量把控、操作条件及工艺优化、选材及防护监测优化等方面提出改进建议,为后续其它生产装置出现类似问题提供解决思路。 In response to the phenomenon of internal leakage in the reboiler at the bottom of the desorber of a catalytic cracking unit in a certain refinery,the reasons for internal leakage from operating conditions,welding sealing process,vibration wear,corrosion were analyzed.It was determined that the main reason was the interaction of multiple corrosion types of H_(2)O-HCl-H_(2)S-NH_(3)caused by wet hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking of the reboiler tube bundle and the high sulfur content of heavy feedstock also exacerbated the degree of corrosion.In addition,suggestions were provided from aspects such as material quality control,operation conditions and process optimization,material selection and protection monitoring optimization and solutions were proposed to solve similar problems in other production units in the future.
