校企合作医药化工人才培养模式研究

Study on Training Mode of Pharmaceutical andChemical Talents in School Enterprise Cooperation

针对目前医药化工行业对于专业型技术人才的需求,以学院自身的实践经历为基础,剖析了校企合作模式对于医药化工人才培养的重要性。从创办校内企业、搭建实习平台、调动师资力量三个方面,探究了该模式的具体实践方案以及该模式下企业、学校、学生实现三方共赢的社会效益,并着重探讨了该模式应用于高校教育内的可行性分析,以期闯出一条符合区域经济社会发展,满足当地医药化工企业需求的校企合作之路。

In view of the current demand for professional and technical talents in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry,based on the college s own practical experience,the importance of school enterprise cooperation mode for the cultivation of pharmaceutical and chemical talents was analyzed.The specific practical scheme of this model and the social benefits of enterprises,schools and students to achieve tripartite win-win under this model were explored from three aspects:establishing campus enterprises,building internship platform and mobilizing teachers,and the feasibility analysis of the application of this model in college education was focused on,in order to create a road of school enterprise cooperation that meets the regional economic and social development and the needs of local pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises.
