荃湾港区现有多个大型石化储库,存储物料种类众多,一旦发生火灾爆炸等事故将造成极大的环境风险。通过对某储库的风险调查、环境风险类型识别,进行储库石脑油火灾爆炸事故的环境风险预测,并根据预测结果提出切实可行的环境风险防范措施、分析其应急资源的有效性,为储库建设和运行提供科学的建议,保障储库安全运行。

There are a number of large petrochemical depots in Quanwan Port area for storing a wide range of materials.In case of fire and explosion,it will cause great environmental risk.Through the risk investigation and environmental risk type identification of a storage,the environmental risk prediction of the naphtha fire and explosion accident of the storage was carried out,and feasible environmental risk prevention measures were proposed according to the prediction results,and the effectiveness of its emergency resources was analyzed.It can provide scientific suggestions for the construction and operation and ensure the safe operation.
