Application of Blockchain Technology in Customs Supervision in China:Practical Issues and Implementation Approach

区块链技术经过多年发展已经扩展出成熟的应用场景,为海关监管提供了新的路径。近年来,我国海关积极探索海关应用区块链的具体模式,取得了丰硕成果,但也存在一定的问题。为了进一步推进区块链技术在海关监管的应用,本文结合国外海关区块链技术应用的先进经验,提出我国海关应当做好整体的顶层设计,以找准找好区块链技术在海关的应用场景为重点突破口,并在加强科技研究、完善法律法规等方面多管齐下,多措并举,从而更好地引领未来海关监管的发展方向。

After years of development,blockchain technology has expanded into sophisticated application scenes,providing a new path for customs supervision.In recent years,China Customs has actively explored the specific application of blockchain in customs,and achieved fruitful results.Nonetheless,challenges remain.In order to further promote the application of blockchain technology in customs supervision,the paper combines the advanced experience of foreign customs blockchain technology application,and proposes that China Customs should focus on the overall top-level design,identify the key breakthrough of the customs scenes for application of blockchain technology and take a multi-faceted approach by strengthening scientific and technological research and improving laws and regulations.These efforts will better guide the future development of customs supervision.
