非现役人员参加野外驻训心理调查及干预的探讨

Discussion of psychological investigation and intervention of non⁃active personnel participating in field training

目的调查非现役人员参加野外驻训的心理状况,探讨心理干预方法及其效果。方法选取某院参加野外驻训的80名非现役人员为研究对象,利用数字表法随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组采取常规心理疏导措施,观察组在对照组的基础上进行心理干预。采用症状自评量表(symptom check list,SCL‑90)、焦虑自评量表(self‑rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self‑rating depression scale,SDS)进行心理状态调查及评估,对比2组非现役人员的焦虑和抑郁改善情况。结果观察组的SCL‑90各项因子得分改善幅度明显优于对照组,且焦虑和抑郁改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能明显改善焦虑和抑郁程度,降低非现役人员对军事应激的心理反应,值得在野外驻训中推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological status and related factors of non‑active personnel participating in field training,and also explore the methods and effects of psychological intervention.Method Eighty non‑active personnel from a hospital who participated in field training were selected as research subjects,and were randomly and equally divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group received routine psychological counseling while the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The symptom check list 90(SCL‑90),the self‑rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self‑rating depression scale(SDS)were used to survey and evaluate psychological status.The improvement in anxiety and depression was compared between the two groups of non‑active personnel.Results The scores of various SCL‑90 factors of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the the control group,with the improvement of anxiety and depression being superior to that of the control group.Statistical significance could be seen when comparisons were made beween the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention could significantly improve the seriousness of anxiety and depression,decrease psychological responses to military stress.Therefore,it is worth promotion in the field training for non‑active personnel.
